* BRISBANE. Monday. Mr. D'Albertis' statement, in reference to the refusal of the Government, to assist his expedition, is rather wide of the mark. He applied to the Government before leaoing Sydney for six native troopers, but the Com missioner of rolice was unable to accedo to his request, and Mr. D'Albortis was informed accordingly.
