O'Sullivan, I3nrko and Conghlin vrero sentenced to prison for life, Kunzo was given three years in the penitentiary, and Beggs wns given bis liberty. Silver lias strong and num erous advocates in both the great parties, and, like Banquo's ghost, it will not down at the bidding of any one. Silver will come to the front during the present session of Congress. President Harrison has en deared hinuolf to railroad subor dinates by a recommendation in his message that legislation be enacted for their protection in the discharge of their dangerous, and too often, fatal duties. It is reported that the Balti more & Ohio railroad company has secured the Quiuc', Omaha & Kansas City railroad, and will extend the line to St Joseph.
