LEMON, of Blair County. Illinois Republicans are for Grant first, Washburne eeconJ, and Blaine the next titue. Judge Jeremiah t. Black says "Pennsylvania is a Democratic State." Not of Mr. Black's kind of Democra cy, however. Speaker Randall has again been compelled, "for the sake of the Demo cratic jiarty," to suppress Congressman Weaver, the Iowa Greenbacker. Ex-Seuator Morrill, of Maine, wouldn't object to the nomination for Vice President in the event of Senator Blaine's defeat in the convention. lie would make a capital presiding officer of the Senate. The Democratic members of Con gress are chafing terribly under the restraint put upon them by the leaders, and some of them are threatening to break the gags, let the consequence be what they may. It is being whispered in Massachu setts that General Bu...
