SThire evidlence showed that at 2 o'clock on Saturday the accused went into Stobaus's shop in Courtney-street, and picked up a gun and said "send Stobauns out." Mrs Stobans said hIe was not in. He then attempted to strike witness witllh the gun. Stbauns was sent for, and found all thIe guns removed to tIhe pavement, and one of the gunls damaged. Accused then struck Stobans on the arnl.
