TELEGRAPHIC NEWS. (associated press telegrams.) Adelaide, April 7. The Victorian Police Commission have at last sent in their final report, in which they recommend some sweeping changes, includ ing the dismissal of some of the most prominent officers of the force. Mr. Price, the Government Resident of the Northern Territory, in the course of a lecture, last night, spoke in most enthusias tic terms of the wealth of the resources of that portion of South Australia. Fine rains have fallen throughout the colony.
