FIRST NATIONAL BANK ' OF MARIETTA. Designated Depository and Financial Agent of the United States. By instructions from the Secretary of the Treasury, dated March 26th, 1S64, this Bank ia authorized to receive subscriptions for the National 10 40 Five per cent. Loan, in Coupon or Registered Bonds. These notes will be convertible at the option of the holder at maturity, into six per cent_, gold bearing bonds, payable not less than five nor more than twenty years from their date, as the Government may elect.
