REPORT OF THE MARKETS Philadelphia Markets. Philadelphia, Oct. 12,1863. Flour—About 800 bbls, mostly fresh ground extra family, sold at SO 76(o> "j ' the latter for city mills, at "which rates there are more buyers thnn sellers, and .good brands scarce. The sales to the trade are limited at $5@5 7o for superfine; $o 87J(a)0 50 for extras; $fi 75(2)7 25 for extra family, and S7 5I1@8 '50 for fancy brands, as to quality. Rye Fiona and Corn Meal are scarco^but nosales are reported to establish quotations further. ' ~ "Wheat.—Sales of 5000 bushels at 145f<f, 150c for reds, mostly at the latter rate for prime southern afloat; white ranges at 10o(S > 175c, and prime very scarce. Eye is' scarce and selling at 125c. ' Corn is hotter, and about 5000 bushels sold at 105c for western mixed and yellow. Oats, continue firm, and all oflvred, about 4000 bushels, sold at ' 85e, weight.
