Denver Jewish News. THE JEWISH WELFARE BOARD. Announcement was made today of the election of Justice Irving Lehman of the Supreme Court of New York as president of the Jewish Welfare Board. Judge Lehman has been a member of the Jewish Welfare Board since its inception in 1917. When the late Colonel Harry Cutler chairman of the Board died in London Dr. Cy- rus Adler vice-chairman became act- ing chairman.
