The jury last night, «fter eight hours deliberation, uot agreeing, were discharged. The defendant wus discharged, being bound to oome up for trial when and wherr required within twelvo months, himself in two hundred pounds and tvro sureties in one hundred pounds each. The crowd cheered defendant and the PreiB. Groans for Charters. Mrs. Bedford has been convicted and sentenced to one jeer's iroprisoanicnt. Lally acquitted.
