CHELTENHAM POLICE COURT.   Friday, September 3rd.       (Before Messrs. Jamison and Clayton, J.P.) Chas. Wedge summoned James Roberts for wilfully causing one head of cattle to trespass. This is a neighbour's dispute about fencing. Roberts had fenced his half of a boundary fence and Wedge refuses to do his portion. Wedge's cow breaks down Roberts' fence, and Wedge is anxious to repair the damage, but Roberts defies the enroachment. Mr. F. Stephen appeared for defendant.-As the offence complained of did not strictly come under the provisions of the Statute, the case was dismissed with 21s. costs. The Court then adjourned. 1*1li.
