SIRe -Iwould like to direct the attention of youi r readers to the valuable article by S sigma - in Satirday s 'Age, enititled "Domestic :Scie ndce .Cenitres" It puts the ciae for our High Schools very strongly, anddemon strates the very great educational value it would prove for our-girls. The Leongatha Agricultural Higli School ' Couicill have issued a provisional prospectus inviting application for 100 debentures, bearing seven and a half per ce~nt, interest, and intend erecting a hostel at once. After reading the "Age " article I feel sure that public-spirited citizens of this dis trict will see that the debentures are taken up at once, so that the -hostel may be in readiness forthe new year.-Yours etc., A.
