QUARTLERLY       TRANSFER OF LICENCES The Quarterly Meeting of Justices for the     Transfer of Public House Licenses within     the City and Police District of Hobart Town,   was held yesterday at the Supreme Court House, at 11 a.m.     The following Justices were on the Bench:     -Joseph Hone, Esq., Chairman, Captain     King, R.N., AB Jones, J D Loch, and R Power, Esquires, and Alderman Lewis. Mr. W. L. Dobson attended as Clerk of     the Peace. Mr. Inspector Forster, Mr. Sub-Inspector   Weale and Mr. Superintendent Hamilton of       the City Police were also present.
