Monday Inspector Masterson aresrted Louis Scheuerer of the Scheurer & Bit-drier Co ., 190 Duane street , and Geo . E . Cutler , 15 Harrison street . Both men were taken before Magistrate Stinert ln the Tombs court If or a hearing . Each was held in $ 500 ball for trial . The charge placed against the dealers was that they were selling poor eggs to be used as food .
