All of the strikers are still out and are in creasing their ranks from the strike breakers employed by the two tele graph companies. Business through the companies is nearly at a standstill less than 500 messages passing Through the Western Union ofliees yesterday, according to information furnished the strikers from employes of the company. The Western Union claims to have ahoflt 20 men working, but the oper ators deny this because, of the small amount of business being done at the offices, 500 messages in a day being the amount of work that one opera tor usually turns out.
