Changes of temperature liave been disagreeably marked, some days being very warm, whilst on others, we had bleak and unseasonable winds, one or two nights being chilly enough for winter. On Wednesday we had a regular blinding dust storm— progress through the streets whilst it swept over us being almost a matter of im» possibility. From our exchanges, we lenrn that in the Dubbo district, according to the Dispntch, the feed, in consequence of the continued parching snn, has already bccomc a russet brown, and whero no steps have been taken to conserve water, it is failing fast, the supply-from tho natural water courses being well nigh exhausted.
