DECORATED UMBRELLAS. In Eastern countries the parasol or umbrella has always been used as a symbol of royalty, and upon all State occasions it is borne over tho heads of tbe rulers or ohiefs. These State umbrellas are made oftho richest materials, aud are frequently ooveretl -with precious stones. .
