Gissing and Co. v. I. H. Kelson. Goods, £3; Same v. AI. Raphael. Goods, £101; C. Gittings v.'J. Ginney. Goods, £S8 10s. lid.; and George Sparrow v. William Eyre. Use and hire, .£3 5s. In each of the above cases a verdict was given for the amoiunts claimed, with 5s. costs.

Plaintiff sued for £4 10s., breach of cbntrant, under the Masters' ald ,Servants' Act., Defendant engaged .plaintiff to plaster several rooms in a house belonging to him at Gai'diner. John Lorenski deposed : 'I'he. contract entered into witlh defendant was for work and labour only, and was taken in a lump sum for £8 16s., the extra S0s. was for loss of time.'
