Rufly Races. The above races were held on Wednes day.week last and drew a very largo attendance from all parts. Alerandra, Yarck, Gobur. Lonewood and Euroa being represented. The meeting was a great success and rellected the highest credit on all engaged in carrying out the excellent programme submitted. As usual, the secretary is always the hardest worked man, and notwithstanding the many duties Mr A. Sinclair had to per form, he did same in an unostentatious manner, ait the same time being most polite and courteous to all, especially our reporter. who was present sinply as an onlooker. From start to linish all pre sent t?'ok a lively interest in the proceed. ings and there was no lack of "go" the whole afternoon. There were quite a numher of pencillers present, and a very large sum of money changed hands; in fact, everybody seenmed to put a "little on" in every race. No doubt the largo .number of horses present added con siderably to this. The track was excep. tionally good, a lit...
