Wlion the question as to the legality of thin proccduro v, us raised in thb nfternoon of tbo day of election, tho judges opened tbo ballot box and proceeded o tear the stubs from tho ballotB then in tho box . After tear log off a part of them they concluded that this was wrong and leftthe roraaln , ing ballots as they had beon placid in the box in tho first place.
