Mr. Peters, one of the owners of the mine near Arizpe, with which the Dickson syndicate is or has been connected, arrived In Can anea last evening. He states that he has severed all relations with the Dickson syndicate and has formed a new company to operate the mines. Many changes are occurring on the narrow guage railroad. The old em ployes are being reinstated as fast as possible. Incompetency on the part of new crews is given as the reason. Very likely strike aspects will appear on the first of February.
