1 Latest from the Army. By Magnetic Telegraph. Correspondence of the Phitnda. Daily Keystone. Baltimore, Jan. 12, 9 p- m. 1847. By the arrival of the Southern mail we have received dales from Brazos ol Dec. 30th. Gen. Scott had arrived out. The advance of Santa Anna towards Saltillo was confirmed , and it was supposud he had 30,000 men. General Buder, wifh all the troops he could muster, had gone t_» the relief uf Gen. Worth. Generals Lane and Marshall, with isll Ihe troops ihey could gel there, had left Camargo on (he 20th of December on « forced march for Saltillo. Gen. Wool at the last advices was within ninety miles nf Saltillo. It was supposed he would reach Gen.
