The Cane Situation. Since the recent heavy freeze the Keystone refinery refuses to take any outside cane before it has ground the cane raised on the plantation. The many small cane growers in that neighborhood who depended entirely on that sugar house to pass their crops are much troubled worried over this turn of the situation. Many have com menced hauling to the St. John which seems able to take their crop, but unfortunately the coal suapply of the latter place is about exhausted, and will last just about ten days longer. We believe the coal supply of the Keystcne is al so running short, which will force that house to close down when the cane of the plantation are ground.
