Three of Them ae Added to the Span- ish Fleet in the Caribbean WAR NEWS Because the Administration Doesn't Wish to Be Embarrassed By Premature Publication of Movements. ANOTHER SPANISH FLEET. Joins Cervera's Squadron Iu The Caribbean. Washington May 16. Both the state and navy departments profe?s to be without information in regard to the reported arrival at St. Pierre Martinique of reinforcements for the Spanish fleet now at Curacao. These three vessels are the armored cruisers Cataluna Prince9a de Asturias and Cardenul C sneros. They were supposed to ba at Cadiz with the Pelayo and Numancia. These ships are new and powerful. They are sister ships to the Infanta Mari Teresa Vizcaya and Almlrante Oquendo already with Cervera. They are of 7000 tons 364 feet long 65 feet beam 13000 hor&e- poer and 20 knots nominal speed.
