Owing to the absence of two very prominent gentlemen, now in New York, the project, after some discussion, was postponed until some future day. The proposition embraces vast in terests, and the new company will be capitalized at $5.000,000, backed by some of the wealthiest and most influential corporations in the field. Hon. Robt.
