Hut We briefly mentioned, last week, the accident to J. H. Hnnt, of tbe Troy Re porter, and his death therefrom. He was On tbe top of bis bonse, giving directions aboot patting on a new roof, when losing bis footing, be fell some ten or twelve feet, falling astride of the sharp pickets of gate leading to" a narrow yard in front of tbe house. The best surgical skill was employed, bat to no avail. He bad received severe internal injuries, mainly affecting tbe bladder, and linger ed in the greatest agony, nntil Thursday afternoon, when he died. His, remains were interred in the 8t.
