It has from time to time been elicit ed in connection with prosecutions for sly grog selling that, although persons found on licensed premises at a time during which such premises are not permitted to be open to the public for the sale of liquor, such persons not having a lawful excuse for being found therein, are liable to a fine, people dis covered in a "shanty" cannot be pro ceeded again, unless they have some connection with the sellilg of liquor thereinl without a license.
