State CollegIan Vol. _II_. No. 7. STATE COLLEGE, PA., NOVEMBER 2, 1905. Price Five Cents State 29—Vil lanova 0. With a flash of the finest football seen on Beaver Field for many seasons the Varsity completely swept the husky Villanova aggregation off their feet last Saturday. Our eleven began the first half minus the services of Moorhead and Miller , both being out of the game with injuries , but Henry and Partridge filled their places in splendid shape. This college is fast assuming greater proportions and we ought to have a worthy collection of songs. Princeton has her own peculiar songs, Har vard , Yale and many other colleges likewise; but where is State? If our musicians connot help their Alma Mat er on the Athletic field , They can surely do so by puttin g their heads together and pushing this matter along. We hope the Glee Club or the O...
