After an unusual amount of log-rolling and delay, that of Mr. WeUel-in our opinion the poorest was adopted. To our astonishment, and that of every body ele, we now learn that the present location Is to be abandoned, and that the Purscl lot, on Murket below Third, (lesi sixteen feet In the rear), has been purchased for jail purpose, nt the extortionate sum of 4000.00, or about d niblo what it is wotth !
