Three deputy sheriffs were sent out over the county Wednesday to sub poena 200 talesmen for examination as Jurors in the John Heal Kneed murder trial. This action followed Judge Swayne's prediction that the first venire of 300 men would be exhaust ed before the day was over without a complete jury. Only one additional juror was se lected Wednesday from 33 men ex amined. The last venireman examined was No. 13!. Three hundred were sum moned originally but a great number were found either ineligible or ex cused for other causes, the first day no that the court did not regard the prospect of obtaining a Jury from those left sufficiently bright to war rant continuing the session.
