MEYER Vance Leads Parmelly By Only 25; Complete Returns From County Show Re-election of Supt. Smith and Defeat of Dis- . trict Clerk Fuller. For the first time in history The Daily Reporter is able to givo complete returns on the morning following the election the county was complete long before 11 o'clock Saturday night. Culberson carried the county by 412 votes. There were 2570 votes cast in the county out of a possible 3050 that being the num- ber of qualified voters. In the county contests one old officer and threo new ones woro elected in the second orimary. J. S. Smith was re-elected county superintendent by a majority of 249 votes over Arthur J. Jones. ' J. H.
