COLLINGWOOD POST-OFFICE DELIVERY. HIS Excellency, the Governor having been pleased to sanction the appäintment of a third Letter Carrier, so to allow of the extension of the Towu Delivery to Collingwood. Notice is hereby given, that aPost-officee Delivery throughout Collingwood, will be com- menced on Monday next, the 22nd instant. A Letter Box for receipt of unpaid letters will be fitted at the shop-window of Mr. William Sheny, in Brunswick-street, to be emptied by the letter carrier regu- larly twice a day, in course of his circuit. Unpaid letters deposited there will ac- cordingly meet the same attention as if posted at the Post-office in Melbourne, out this cannot be made in any way to apply to PAiu letters. HENRY D. NOTICE is hereby given thal the Court of Requests for this County will be holden in Melbourne, at the Court House, Collins-street, on Monday, the 1st day of March next, and following days, at the hour of nine o'clock in the forenoon. Plaints must be delivered at the office of the Registrar on or before Saturday, ihe 20th day of February instant. Defences or sets-off must be filed on or before Thursday, the 25th day of Fe- bruary, instant. Every plaint, defence, or set off, must have the name and residence of plaintiff and defendant written thereon In defended cases the plea of defence of notice of set-off, must be in accordance with the forms prescribed by the late Rules of Court.
