One of the largest crowds we have seen for some time was that which Resembled at the Market House Saturday "night, to hear the address of St. Clair M. Mokgas, Esq., on the subject of M the rights of our naturalized citiaens to the protection of our GoTernraent whea visiting their native country." Mr. Morsan entered into the subject fully, discassed it in all ito beariogs, and placed it before his bearers in a more clear and forcible light tnaa any speaker we have lieard. Ilia address evinced a good dtal of thought and reseaich, and would have done eredit to much older bead than Mr. Mboak's. As a speaker, Mr. Mokoan is deliberate, sclf-pos-ffessed, and graceful in manner.
