Dr. Atkins was called in at 0 o'olock onThnraday night, but on arrival found Father Davern nnconaoioun, and at once pronounced the cape aa hopolcw. Pather Davern never re gained coueoiousnes*, and expired shortly boforo 2 o'clock. Tho late roverond gentleman was born in County Tippsrary, Ireland, in 1828, and was consequently 68 ycr.ra of age.
