The Bathers Promenade   A Discourse on Bathing and Its Critics It was eventide. The sun had gone to rest in the west, but the dying glory yet flooded the world with a tender light. Soon this glorious scene become a thing of the past - the rising of the moon was taking place. The sandy beaches between Mordial- loe and Frankston, flanked by the great green edging of the ti-tree, be- came alive with people. The magic lure of the moonlight and the delight for sea breeze had proved too strong a lure for anyone to stay at home.
