Lions Set For Temple Game Tomorrow : __ . : : _j. We think it should be explained here. In the past, Collegian quite frequently withheld names of fraternities punished for infractions of College and borough regulations—not always but sometimes. Because Interfraternity Council is making an erpecial-effort to enforce regulations, that policy n.c longer seems feasible. Council can not ao'its best work unless fr...

friendly relations between students and townspeople. I extend my most sincere appreciation and hope for continued cooperation in the future. Amy Laich, All-College president Grants Voting Excuses A. R. Warnock, dean of men, advises all men who wish to vote on November 5 that they will be excused from whatever' class work they might miss in making the trip home, since the College has designated this election practice as a legitimate absence. Chances 'Slight' For Armory Grant The cost of the proposed new College armory has been estimated by the WPA at $1,800,000 bui chances for having the request approved are "very slight," Rep James E. Van Zandt told the Daily Collegian yesterday. The reason for this, he explained, is that only $25,000,000 has been allotted as a defense fund and there are many things thai must be done with this appropriation. He suggested that a more likely way of having the armory buill would be to have it sponsored by the state as a regular WPA project...
