The Election on the Lecompton Con stltation Time Fixed. : Ajneeting of the Board of Election Com missioners under the English Bill was held at Lecompton a few days since, at frhich the time for holding the election on the Lecompton Ordinance was fixed for the first Monday of August next. -Mr. Davis, who has bean appointed to the office of District Attorney for Kanzas in the place of Mr. Weer, not having received his commission, Mr. Weer took his seat a3 a member of the Board of Commissioners. .
