An Action For- a Permanent Injunction. Petition to Foreclose $9 Mortgage Court News. The jury called to determine the guilt or innocence of Thomas Gar man broke a record in reaching a verdict. It was just three minutes after the jurors retired that they gave notice of being ready to report. Garman was found guilty as charged. He was indicted for highway robbery.
