DULY APPEAL. MEMP HI S . SATURDAY MORNING FEB. 28, 1857. THE CABINET. We have reliable information from a gentle xaaa high in position at Washington City, in wjfh we place great confidence, that the fol lowing profti of a Cabinet is - quite or Dearly correct. It is stated mat were may be some deviation from these names, but the basis of the Cabinet is substantially accurate. Mr. Walker will not be in the Cabinet unless he is Secretary of State. And if he is not Sec retary ef State thenthe probability is that Mr. CtiiBB will be called to the State Department, which will involve a change in the psitions of the other gentlemen whose names are men tioned. The foHevsing we think is at least a basis upon which a probable c&Bjecture racy rest as to the coaposition of the much talked of Cabi net: P.. J. Walxzr, New York, Secretary "of SUte. Hsweu.
