NORTHERN TRIBUNE. OGclal Paper of Cbeboycan County. SATURDAY, JUNE 17, 1876. TUC EIXY DOCH. The Tribune has too often published tho benefits which would accrue to Che boygan from having a dry dock estab lished, to need to repeat them at present. They are obvious to every thinking man. This season should not pass without an effort being made to secure the building of one. The Tribune is not interested In this enterprise' any more than any cit izen of the place should be. Talk is cheap, and is a good thing in its place ; but talk alone will not bring us a dry dock or anything else of benefit. Action, not words, is what is wanted now. The present is the time to act, not to-morrow, next week, or next month. We do no mean that this man or that man must do the work. Every one who has any interest in his own business, or in the growth of the place, can find some ...
