The Plaza hotel annex is about finished and is a very creditable looking structure. Herman Gerhardt has recently finished two four-room tenant cot tages in Daub addition. Circular Letter to County perintendents. Six th e Gentlemen Section XX of new school law provides that ap portionment of tho public school fund shall be made by the county superintendents on the third Mon day in January, April, July and October of each year or as soon thereafter as the county superin tendent shall receive the certificate of the Territorial Superintendent of Public Instrction, signifying the amount apportioned to each county. This implies that the Territorial Superintendent shall make an apportionment during the early part of the months named in the foregoing. It is the custom of this office to apportion the common school fund at these times if there is any considerable amount of money in the Territorial treasury belonging to this fund.
