OBITUARY Mr J. R. laugstord. A Iarpe circle of fticnds will sym pathise willi Mr L. C. Langsford, ehemist, of Stawell, whose father, Mr .1. K. Langsford, died early yesterday afternoon. The deceased was staying with his son in Stawell some stsven weeks ago, when ho was taken suddenly ill. On his doctor's advice, Mr Langsford went to Mel bourne, and it was at the residence of his daughter, Mrs W. R. Aspinall, Oamberwell, where death occurred.
