The proposed purclwiser was willing to pay the regu lar pi ice fur placing the coal on board vessels either here or In New York. Another order for 200,000 tons of bituminous coal wanted by the Italian government Is also being offered to the largest suit coal operators of the United States, with little prospect of Us being taken because? of the great expense In delivering It to the Italian destination deglgnated.
