Seven million dollars' worth of build ings have been ereoted in Cbicago the present year. The 67th Olio Infantry, stationed at Richmond, Virginia, has been ordered home for master-oat Mrs. Jane Swisshelm is ahont to start a new paper in Washincton, to be called "The Iteconstractionist." It is estimated that 25,000 freedroen re congregated at Richmond.
