The trail was laid over six uilks of gootld country around the Horseshoe Bond, finishing along the Keilor road. Two packs were formed. J. I'pward had charge of the slows, with (1. Storey whip; while; H. Russell was; pace for the fasts, Pith H. Shovecltoi whip. The slows wiere given a good start on account of the new Inemberl's, and lhad an enjoyable run.
