MISAPPROPRIATING TRUST .MONEY. A paragraph appeared in the Mel bourne papers stating that Mr. C. M. Roberts, of this town, had been pro ceeded against for the misappropriation 'of trust monies, at the City Court on M*onday last, on the informationofJohn Cornall. Mr. Maxwell appeared to prosecute,.and Mr. Anderson for the defendant. Mrs. Sarah Hall some years ago re sided.at Armadale with her niece, Miss Sarah Jane Sykes. They left and went to England, taking up their residence in. Brompton street, Oldhamn, Laneii shire. Mrs. Hall died there and made a will leaving Miss Sykes sole legatee.
