THE HQUEWABD MAIL In out last monthly summary we notified the arrival jn KeppelBay of the barque Sepia, with immigrants, and cargo, con sisting chiefly of railway material. We have now 'the pleasure of stating that me immigrants all, with one or two exceptions, speedfly found employment, and die depot is now ready for the immigrants per Lady Douglas, Ate in a few days. Later Telegrams. MILLCHESTER   July 16.   The death of Sub-inspector Henry Finch is] officially reported. He committed suicide at   Mr. Gray's station, Glendower, on the 11th instant. The instrument used by him was a   firearm, and it is supposed that at the time of the fatal act he was labouring under temporary insanity induced by excessive drinking. When he shot himself he was travelling with rations from Cape River en route to Hughenden Station. His body has been interred, and a magisterial inquiry is pending.
