A Cricket match was played here on Saturday between teams representing Woodstock and Lyndhursr, which re sulted in an easy win for the local team by an innings and 69 runs. For the Locals, O. Guest 55, F. McCloskey 28 and A. Leabeater 18, were the chief scorprs, and for Woodstock, J. Barrett 15, J. Reid-18 and A. Good acre 12, were most prominent.
