Mr, P, McSwinoy (Mossrs Ahorn and McSwinoy) appeared for accus ed, Sergoant Beckwlth conducted the case for the police, He said he thought the information had not booeen crrectly set out; accused should be charged with larceny as a ser vant, as she was an inhabitant of the hotel.
