The hearing of this case occupied the attention of the Court some "time, and from tho evidence it appeared that the defendant rode over to Lismore m the plaintiff's coaïh on the 8th July, intending to return the same day; aud that afterwards lieuring that the touch w'a's 'not going to return, the defendant took one of *the, plaintiff's horses, and rode it back to Casino. After hearing the evidence the Bench fined the defendant £5, and all costs. -Hr. Allingham, for defendant.
