The Common Council of Marjaville do ordain as follows: I That from and after the publication of this ordinance, no person mall exhibit any show, theatrical, equestrian, or other performance, without first paying to the Marshal, for tfce City, a license . tax aa hereinafter provided, under a ' penalty of fifty dollars for each violation. Theatrical or circus performance* shall pay, if permanently located, fifty t dollars per UKinth; for transient performances, fifteen dollars for each. Any person keeping a cock-pit shall pay fifty dollars per month, or ten dollars for each exhibition, where such exhibition* are itenerant Any person exhibiting a bull-fight ahall pay fifty dollar* lor each exhibition.
